How do I use a stippling brush to apply foundation?

I purchased a M.A.C. stippling brush. How do you use the brush and is it for wet foundation or dry powder???How do I use a stippling brush to apply foundation?
If it is the kind that looks like a flat paintbrush (a thick one) you can actually use it for both powder foundation or wet foundation. It provides a better control when you use the brush (and you don't have to transfer germs from your hands to your face!) I happen to use the one from MAC with my powder foundation and it works just as good - just make sure that you blend (as with all foundation)

Just take the foundation (if you want in your hands or on some type of washable surface) and pour it (just a little) then take the brush - dip it in a little and apply to your face in an upward motion. The key word here is blend, blend, blend! You can put the remaining amounts back in the bottle if you choose - but the brush will help you use less foundation - but give you a better tool for coverage. Have fun and play around with this brush with the foundation - see how you like it!. I suggest not using this same brush for powder afterwards.
