How do you get a paint brush or petpet paint brush on neopets without buying it from another user?

I have no clue how to get one.

You can also get them from random events.

well.......You can buy from shops ...( WELL...THAT'S HARD 'CAUSE THEY ARE EXPENSIVE )....You can haggle prices through trading by neomailing them......Or some auction them off but...They keep the ';VERY CHEAP'; prices to their NEOFRIENDS....The easiest way is to get one from a ';RANDOM EVENT'; but it is TOTALLY RANDOM so it takes very much luck and some time... you can get them From random events or if you lucky a friend can give them to you.... the snowwarngla gives them out sometimes, advent callander, money tree, but the only sure fire way is to buy them or trade for them... sorry, you just cant go get one, defeat the point of buying one..
